Biography
Greg Doolan never lets his audience down. On stage, the former front man of Australia's most successful cabaret band - Wickety Wak, consistently gives audiences a live show they won't forget in a hurry.
The combination of humour and incredible vocal talent is complimented by his ability to read his audiences.
Greg has been nurturing his craft over 25 year period and as recent as last year was named "Australian Versatile Variety Performer of the Year" at the prestigious Mo Awards held in Sydney.
As leader and principal comedy writer of Wickety Wak, he proved his comedic skills when Greg went on to write no less than 10 television specials for the Channel 7 network.
And that's not to mention all the recording, compering galas and television shows, as well as Greg's first love - in concert, which has seen him invited to perform at the World Music Expo in Florida.
Greg moves with ease from the powerful vocals of a Tom Jones to the sensitivity of Anthony Warlow, with his faultless vocals capturing the mood of each song perfectly.
Greg Doolan is the master of his craft - as his presence on stage leaves audiences demanding to see him time and time again.
Greg now teams up on stage with Australia's Female voice of the Year - Laura Doolan ( yes! Greg's wife.) Which adds further to the absolute uniqueness of this entertainment package. Laura Doolan is stunning and exceptionally talented. With a voice comparable to the sensitivity of Eva Cassidy to the spine-tingling power of Celine Dion. And the most gorgeous human being behind the scenes.
